Walter Dragosavljević Rutar, known as Amigo, is a local hero in Tolmin. As a child of divorced
parents he ended up on the street and soon after also in prison. Prison was the only chance life offered
him and he knew how to take advantage of it. He created his own sense of morality and earned the
respect of his society.
